Nevela's Lost Souls

These Terms of Service explain the basic rules for using Nevela's Lost Souls, a Twitch Extension for the Avatar Battle stream game on Nevela's Twitch channel.

Free Stream Game

Avatar Battle is a free interactive stream game. Avatars, items, XP, rewards, points, battle results, and other game data have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Using The Extension

You may use the extension to:

• Create an Avatar Battle character when the feature is available.
• View your own private character, stats, equipment, inventory, and rewards.
• Queue supported private battle or equipment actions.
• Participate in Avatar Battle features connected to Nevela's stream.

Account And Identity

Some features require you to share your Twitch identity with the extension so your Twitch user ID can be linked to your Avatar Battle character. You are responsible for your own Twitch account and for following Twitch's rules.

Game Changes, Resets, And Testing

Avatar Battle is actively developed and tested. Features, items, stats, rewards, balance, enemies, commands, and extension behavior may change. Game data may be corrected, reset, removed, or adjusted if needed for testing, balance, safety, or bug fixes.

Rules Of Use

Do not use the extension or Avatar Battle systems to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other viewers.
• Spam commands or actions.
• Exploit bugs, automation, or unintended behavior.
• Use offensive, impersonating, misleading, or unsafe avatar names.
• Interfere with the stream, Twitch, the extension, or other viewers.

Moderation And Removal

Nevela may rename, suspend, reset, or delete Avatar Battle data, or block access to Avatar Battle features, when needed for moderation, safety, abuse prevention, bug recovery, or stream management.

No Guarantees

The extension and Avatar Battle systems are provided as-is. They may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, changed, or retired. No guarantee is made that any feature, reward, item, point preview, or character state will always remain available.

Third-Party Services

The extension relies on Twitch and Cloudflare to operate. Their own terms and policies also apply when you use Twitch and the extension.
