Nevela's Lost Souls

This Privacy Policy explains what data is used by Nevela's Lost Souls, a Twitch Extension for the Avatar Battle stream game on Nevela's Twitch channel.

What Data Is Collected

The extension and Avatar Battle systems may store:

• Your Twitch numeric user ID.
• Your Twitch login or display name when Twitch or chat roster data provides it.
• The avatar display name you choose.
• Your Avatar Battle character data, such as avatar type, class, level, XP, stats, equipment, inventory, rewards, and battle state.
• Private extension actions you queue, such as equipment changes, character creation, or battle actions.
• Limited local audit/debug records used to verify that Avatar Battle rewards and sync behavior worked correctly.

What Is Not Collected

The extension does not collect Twitch passwords, payment information, private messages, or email addresses from viewers.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to operate Avatar Battle features, including:

• Showing each viewer their own private character, stats, equipment, inventory, and rewards.
• Creating and updating Avatar Battle characters.
• Queueing private battle or equipment actions for the local Stream Bot to apply.
• Preventing duplicate characters and applying basic safety checks.
• Debugging sync, encounter, and reward behavior during stream testing.

Where Data Is Stored

The local Stream Bot is the source of truth for Avatar Battle data. A sanitized copy of relevant viewer character data is mirrored to Cloudflare so the Twitch Extension can load private viewer information over HTTPS.

Cloudflare may process and store this mirrored data as part of providing the extension backend service. Twitch provides viewer identity information when a viewer chooses to share their Twitch identity with the extension.

Public And Private Information

The extension is designed to show detailed stats, inventory, and equipment privately to the linked viewer. Public chat summaries stay limited and privacy-safe. Some game moments, such as avatar names, avatar presence, battle participation, battle results, or rewards, may appear on stream or in chat as part of the game.

Data Sharing

Viewer data is not sold. Data is shared only with service providers needed to run the extension and game, such as Twitch and Cloudflare, or when required for safety, legal, or platform compliance reasons.

Data Retention And Deletion

Avatar Battle data may be kept while your character exists and while it is needed for the stream game. You can request deletion of your Avatar Battle character data. Deletion from the local Stream Bot is mirrored to Cloudflare on the next successful sync. Some limited audit records may remain for troubleshooting and safety.

Viewer Choices

Sharing Twitch identity is required for the extension to show your private character data. If you do not share your Twitch identity, the extension cannot link you to a private Avatar Battle character.

Security

Reasonable safeguards are used to keep extension data limited and private, but no online system is perfectly secure. Do not submit sensitive personal information as your avatar display name.
